Crackling Mustard

We are located on Mother Teresa Road, right along the Zoo Narengi Road area in Guwahati. Our place is directly across from the Gitanagar Police Station. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially during rush hour when everyone is trying to get across town. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building is easy to find because of the police station landmark. Inside, we just have a basic setup for the business. It’s not a place with a lot of frills. We spend most of our time working on the food and keeping things moving. The kitchen is always active. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we started. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we get used to it. The name Crackling Mustard comes from the way we cook, though we don't make a big deal out of it. We just open up and do the work. The floor is a bit worn in places from all the people coming in and out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a local Guwahati business. If you are on Zoo Narengi Road, you can just pull over near the police station and find us. We keep things pretty simple here. There’s no need for anything more than good food and a place to sit. That’s what we offer at this location every day.
