Monikanchan Bye Lane is a bit narrow, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze when a delivery van comes through to reach us. Sb Food Products is located here in Shanker Nagar, right in the Beltola area. It’s a lively neighborhood, and you can always hear people talking outside. Our place is simple. We have the production area set up in the back, and the front is mostly for storage and a small desk for the bills. There's always a smell of something being prepared, which isn't a bad thing. We’ve been here long enough that the local kids know not to play cricket too close to our windows. The equipment we use isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and we take care of it ourselves. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine by heart. Sometimes we stay late when there's a big order, and we just keep the radio on for company. The light in the hallway flickers occasionally, but we haven't gotten around to changing the bulb yet. It's just a regular local business. We make the food products, pack them up, and get them sent out. No fancy logos on the walls or expensive furniture. It’s just work, and we like it that way. We've been at this address for several years now and know everyone around.
