Purabi Dairy

If you find yourself on R. K. Jyotiprasad Agarwalla Road in the Juripar Panjabari area, you will likely see our sign for Purabi Dairy. We have been rooted in this neighborhood for a long time, and the building has seen a lot of seasons. Working in the dairy business means our day starts way before most people are even thinking about waking up. By the time the sun is over Juripar, we have already been busy for hours handling the fresh milk and getting everything ready for the day's distribution. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, and the traffic around Panjabari can be a bit of a headache, but we are used to it by now. Inside, it is all about the machinery and the smell of fresh milk. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished corporate look. It is just a bunch of local people making sure the community gets their dairy products every single morning without fail. The floor is usually wet from cleaning, and there is always a bit of noise from the crates being moved around. We take our breaks when we can, often just standing outside for a bit of air. It is hard work and the hours are long, but this is what we do. We are just a local dairy trying to keep the supply moving as best as we can every day. Usually, the trucks are lined up by dawn, ready to head out into the city while it's still quiet.
