We are based out in a small village called Thamana, near Kholachauri. Our operation is set up at the home of Shri Uttam Singh Lingwal. It isn’t a fancy place with glass walls or big signs. It is just a regular house where we handle everything for Gwellth Foods And Beverages. Being in a rural spot means things move a bit slower here than in the big cities. We like that. It gives us time to focus on the food and drinks we are making. Most of the people working here are local, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the mountain roads make it hard for the trucks to get through, especially when it rains a lot or gets very cold in the winter. We just work around it. There is no corporate ladder here. We all do a bit of everything, from packing boxes to checking the ingredients. The post office in Kholachauri is where we get our mail. If you ever come looking for us, you should just ask the neighbors for the Lingwal residence because there isn't a big map to follow. We started this company to stay busy and provide something for the local area. It is a private limited company on paper, but in reality, it feels more like a small group of people working together in the hills. The air is clean up here, which is nice for a change. Sometimes we have to walk a bit to get to the main road because the path is narrow. It’s just how things are in this part of the world.
