Assam Valley Trading Co.

You can find Assam Valley Trading Co. over at 48, Shakti Garh, right on Path Banga Garh. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. The building is just a standard place, nothing you’d stop to take a photo of, but it’s home for us during the work hours. We spend a lot of time here dealing with the day-to-day stuff that keeps a business like this going. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, but we just wipe our boots and keep going. We don’t have a massive crew, just a few local folks who know the area well. We handle things as they come. There is no one acting like a big boss here; if something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it and gets it finished. We might not have the newest computers or the fanciest furniture, but we get the job done. It’s mostly about keeping the records straight and making sure everything is where it should be. We like the neighborhood, even if it’s a bit quiet some afternoons. Usually, we're just busy with paperwork or chatting about what needs to happen tomorrow. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. No big promises, just people working at 48 Shakti Garh and keeping the lights on until we head home late in the evening.
