Ultratech Cement Ltd.

Our Ultratech Cement Ltd. location is out by the Ginigara Post Office. We are right on N.H.- 17 in the Koppal district. It is a very rural setting, which suits us just fine. The highway connection is the most important part because it lets the trailers move through easily. It is basically a hub for this part of the region. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything. It’s a working yard and a simple office. Most of the guys here are from around the area. We know the local roads and the local people. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of the inventory. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but you just brush it off and keep going. We don't really follow a corporate script or anything like that. We just talk like normal people and try to solve problems as they come up. The sun can be quite strong out here in Koppal, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early if we can. It’s an honest day’s work every day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the cement gets to where it’s going on time. That is the main goal. It’s a quiet life out here mostly, except for when the big trucks are idling. We just stick to our routine and get through the list. It is what it is.
