Jai Siddhivinayak Enterprises

Our office is over in Kalyan West, inside the Jhunjar Rao Market area. Specifically, we're in Manish Apartment, on the second floor in unit B 4. It's a busy part of town, so there's always a lot of noise from the market below. We’ve got used to the sounds of vendors and people shopping. Jai Siddhivinayak Enterprises isn't a huge operation. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our things and get our work done. The building itself has been around for years. You have to walk up the stairs since the building is older, but it’s good exercise. We keep a fan going most of the day because it gets warm in the afternoons. We aren't big on decorations. There’s a calendar on the wall and some photos of family on the desks. It’s a practical space. We spend most of our time answering calls or dealing with paperwork. Sometimes the market gets so crowded it's hard to get to the front door, but that's just how it is in Kalyan. We know the other shopkeepers around here. It feels like a little community. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If you walk in, one of us will just look up from our desk. We like keeping it simple. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a really big reason to. It’s a relaxed place to work and we’ve been here for many years now.
