Our place, Shubhra Airtech, is located at Plot No 64 in the Gidc Estate. We are directly opposite the Kalol Nagrik Bank. If you’ve spent any time in the industrial estate here in Kalol, you’ve probably passed by us. We work on air-related technology and industrial equipment. The shop is filled with tools, parts, and a lot of metal. It isn't a clean, white-walled laboratory. It’s a real workshop where people get their hands dirty every day. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the blowers and fans are working like they should. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but we try to keep it simple when we talk to folks. We aren't looking to become some giant conglomerate. We just want to be the place in Gidc that people can come to when they have an industrial problem. The weather gets really hot out here, but we’ve got our routine down. We start early, take a break when the sun is highest, and then get back to it. It’s a steady life. We know our neighbors in the other plots and we all just try to get through the work week. There’s no fancy talk here, just the sound of tools and the smell of the estate. We’re just regular people doing industrial work as best as we can. It’s about getting the job finished and ensuring the equipment works before it leaves the estate.
