Swaruba Engineering Construction Co. Pvt . Ltd

Down in Gulbarga, Karnataka, we have our office for Swaruba Engineering Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. We are located in the Gafforia Complex, which is right near the Bi Bi Raza Degree College in Khaja Colony. It’s a busy area with a lot of students walking around and small shops everywhere. Our unit, H.No: 5-449/5/C, is where we handle all the paperwork and planning for the construction projects. It’s often quite hot and dry here, so the office can feel a bit stuffy in the afternoons. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and plenty of blueprints rolled up in the corners. People come and go throughout the day, mostly workers or suppliers dropping off invoices. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate meetings. Usually, we just sit around a table and figure out what needs to be done for the next day. Sometimes we have to deal with the local bureaucracy or the slow pace of things in town, but we’re used to it. The 585104 area has been our base for a while now. It’s not a perfect office, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s functional. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living in this part of the state, and we just keep at it.
