Project Engineer

You can find us working as Project Engineer at our place in Post Jamaga, in the Aland taluk of Gulbarga district. Being out here in Karnataka means our work is often tied to the local land and the needs of a smaller community. Jamaga is a quiet spot, and the life of an engineer here involves a lot of travel on dusty roads to reach different project sites. We don't have a high-tech office with glass walls. Our workspace is simple and functional, with enough room for our drafting table and the files we need for the local government permits. The weather in Gulbarga can be very dry and hot, so we usually get an early start before the sun is too high. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate entity. We are just local guys who know how to read a plan and manage a construction crew. A lot of our time is spent talking to the villagers and making sure the projects we work on actually benefit the people living here. Whether it is a small building or a larger piece of infrastructure, we put in the same amount of effort to make sure it stands up to the local conditions. It’s a basic way of living and working, focused on the practical needs of our district and the reality of getting things built in Aland.
