Our small business, Shri Gurupadling Krupa Rotti Tayarakaru, is based in Kallahangarga, Gulbarga. We specialize in making rottis, which is a staple for everyone around here. It is a very simple operation where we spend most of our day preparing the dough and cooking the rottis over the heat. We are located in the Kalhangarga area, and most of our customers are locals who come to buy their daily bread from us. The work is physical and starts very early in the morning so the rottis are ready for the breakfast and lunch hours.
