We are Pallavi North Indian Dishes, located at No.2 Fatima Complex on Bus Stand Road. Being right next to K K Medicals makes it very easy for people to find us when they arrive in Gulbarga. The bus stand area is always buzzing with people coming and going, so there is never a quiet moment around here. We specialize in North Indian style food, which is what we know best. It’s a small place inside the complex, nothing too grand. We have a few tables for people who want to eat quickly before catching their next bus. The 585101 area is very busy, so we have to work fast to keep up. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour, and people have to wait a few minutes, but they don't seem to mind much. We don't use any complicated recipes or expensive ingredients. It’s just the kind of food we eat at home. The kitchen is small but we keep it moving. My staff and I are here from morning until night. We see a lot of travelers who are tired and just want a warm meal. It’s a simple life running a small eatery near a bus station, and we are quite content with that. We just focus on serving what we have prepared for the day.
