Our place is located out in Shivanand Katte, which is in the Mudhol (B) area. It’s part of the Aurad (B) taluk in Bidar district. Being out here means we are quite far from the big city lights, but that’s where the work is for us. We have the pin code 585443 if you are sending us anything by post. Life here moves at its own pace, and we’ve adapted our work to match that. It’s a very local feel, where everyone knows everyone else. We aren’t trying to be some huge, faceless entity. We are just a group of people working on Jsw projects in this specific corner of Karnataka. The office is simple and serves its purpose. We spend our days dealing with the local logistics and making sure things are moving along in the fields or at the sites nearby. It can get quite hot here, and the roads aren't always the best, but we don't mind. It’s honest work in a place that feels real. We don't have a website with fancy photos; we just have our physical presence here at Shivanand Katte. Most of our day is spent talking to the locals and managing the tasks at hand. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run things in the Bidar district. We take things as they come and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who needs us or stops by the post office area.
