Our office is in Flat No. 101 at Sri Swamy Nilayam. It is right across from the Government High School here in Seetharamapuram, Tuni. You can always hear the kids playing or the bell ringing during the day. It makes the place feel alive. Being in East Godavari means the weather is usually quite warm, so we stay inside mostly. Bijeeta Bio-Science Private Limited is run from this apartment. It isn't a big corporate headquarters, just a comfortable space where we handle our business. We have been here for a while now and the neighbors are all friendly. Sometimes the traffic on the road outside gets a bit loud with the buses going through Tuni, but we are used to it by now. We spend our mornings checking through paperwork and making sure everything is in order. There is a small tea stall just down the street where we go when we need a break. It is not a polished office with a front desk or a lobby, just a regular door with our name on it. We do our work, talk to our visitors, and try to keep things simple. It’s a practical way to run things without any unnecessary fuss or complicated systems. We usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with our families.
