Bayer Cropscience

We are located at Nfcl Road, right near Bhanugudi Junction. This is the Bayer Cropscience spot for this area. It’s a busy junction and there is always something going on outside our windows. Inside, it’s mostly talk about crops and what the farmers are seeing in their fields this season. We aren't the big bosses from the main headquarters. We are just the local team here on Nfcl Road. We spend a lot of time looking at seeds and talking about the weather. Agriculture is a tough business around here. One year the rain is good, and the next it’s not. We try to help out with what we know. The office is full of bags and samples and a lot of dirt that gets tracked in. We don't mind. It’s part of being in this line of work. We know the local growers by name. They stop in to ask questions or just to see what’s new. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just talk about what works and what doesn't. Sometimes we are out in the fields ourselves, checking on how things are growing. It’s a practical job that keeps us connected to the land around Bhanugudi Junction. We’ve been here long enough to feel like a part of the local scenery, just another shop on a busy road. We just keep our feet on the ground and do our part. It isn’t always easy, but it’s what we do.
