You can find us at the Naitik Complex, specifically at Shop No 21. It’s right near the police station here in Gandhidham. Being so close to the station makes it very easy to give directions to people who haven't been here before. We’ve been operating out of Plot No 222 for a long time now. The office isn’t very large, but it is enough space for what we need to get done every day. We spend most of our time talking to passengers and coordinating with the drivers who are out on the road. Travel can be a bit chaotic sometimes, so we just try to keep things organized on our end. If you come by the shop, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking over the old logbooks. It’s a very straightforward business. We arrange the trips, book the seats, and make sure the vehicles are in good enough shape for the journey. There’s no big marketing team or fancy website behind us. We just rely on the fact that we have been in this same spot for years. People in the neighborhood know where we are. Gandhidham is a place where everyone is always moving, and we are just one of the regular stops. Sometimes the traffic outside the complex gets a bit much, but inside we just focus on the daily schedules. We don't use any fancy computer software, just basic lists and a lot of phone calls. It works fine for us. If you need to go somewhere and you’re near the police station, just stop by Shop 21.
