Jyoti Travels Agency

Our office at Jyoti Travels Agency is located in the D N Complex on Vokla Street. We are right in the heart of Bhuj, and Garbi Chowk is just a short walk away. This part of the city is always full of life, with people and scooters moving through the narrow streets all day long. Our space inside the complex is pretty small. We have a couple of desks, some old wooden chairs, and a lot of paperwork. It’s definitely not a modern, polished office. We’ve been here for many years, and the walls show a bit of age, but it suits us just fine. We spend most of our time talking to customers who walk in to ask about bus routes or car rentals. The ceiling fan stays on all day because it gets quite hot in Bhuj. We don't have a fancy computer system. We still use physical ledgers to keep track of most of our bookings. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a family comes in all at once, but we manage. We know the drivers and the routes around here very well. There is a small tea stall nearby that we visit often. We don't do any flashy marketing. Most of our business comes from people who live in the neighborhood or have used us before. It’s just a regular, local travel shop where we do our daily work.
