Lale Tours And Travels is situated in the Waniyawad area of Bhuj. We are located very close to the Jantagar Hotel, which is a landmark most people in the city know. Our office is on a busy street where there is always something going on. It is a modest place with a couple of desks and some old chairs for our customers. The floor has seen better days, but it holds up under all the foot traffic we get. We spend the whole day answering questions about bus timings and booking seats for people. Being near the hotel means we see a lot of travelers who are just passing through. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements. Most people just find us because they are in the neighborhood. The office is a bit small, so things can get cramped when we have a lot of bags or paperwork lying around. We keep a small radio playing in the background to pass the time. We know the local bus operators and the car drivers quite well. It is a simple, no-frills kind of business. We aren't trying to be a big travel corporation. We just want to make sure people get their tickets and know where to go. We have been in Waniyawad for a long time now. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest place to work.
