Our little office is situated right across from the Gandhi Market here in Kutch. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We’ve been at this specific location for a bit, helping folks figure out their holiday plans and travel arrangements. Even though the name on the sign sounds quite big, we are really just a small local outlet with a few staff members who live right here in the area. We spend our days looking at different travel destinations and trying to fit them into what people are looking for. Gandhi Market is a major landmark, so it’s very easy for people to find us when they are out doing their regular shopping. We don’t use any high-level sales tactics or anything like that. We just sit down with whoever walks in, have a glass of water, and look at the travel options together on the screen. Sometimes people come in with a very specific idea of where they want to go, and other times they just know they need to get away for a few days. We handle all the bookings, the tickets, and those small details that can be such a headache to do by yourself. It’s a lot of paperwork to keep track of, but we don’t really mind it. The market area is always full of energy, and we like being part of that scene. It’s just a practical space for planning trips and talking to folks.
