We are located on the second floor of Bhagwati Chamber, in office number 202. It’s right on Plot No 8 in Sector 1/A, which is not far from the Kutch Kala Road. Being here in Gandhidham, we see a lot of different people coming and going every single day. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the travel details for our customers. We have some maps pinned to the walls and a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. It’s just how the travel business works, I suppose. We handle everything from short local runs to much longer journeys across the state. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles or fancy furniture. We just focus on getting the bookings right and making sure the drivers know exactly where they are headed. Kutch Kala Road is a busy area, so there is always something happening right outside our window. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the regular people who walk by. Locals often stop by just to ask about bus timings or to see about hiring a car for a family trip. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things too complicated. There is no corporate script or anything like that here. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. Sometimes things get delayed and we just have to deal with it. It’s an honest living for us and it keeps us busy.
