Actual Journey

Actual Journey is located at 212 P And Plaza, on Plot 314 in Ward 12 B. We are right in the heart of Gandhidham, specifically in the banking area near the LIC building. This is a very busy part of town with a lot of people coming and going for their financial business. Our office is up in the plaza. It’s a functional space with several desks and a small corner for clients to sit. We have travel posters on the walls, though some of them are getting a bit old now. We spend most of our time on the phone or the computer, trying to figure out the best routes and prices for trips. It is definitely not a polished corporate office. We have stacks of papers and brochures scattered around, and the chairs are a bit mismatched. Being in the banking area means we get a lot of walk-in traffic from people working nearby. We don't do any big promotions or marketing. We just focus on the bookings. The plaza can be quite noisy with all the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this location for a good while. We know the other shop owners in the building and the local tea sellers. It’s a straightforward business. We just help people plan their journeys and make sure everything is in order before they leave.
