J. I. Salt Supplier

Down in Khari Rohar, life revolves around the port and the salt. We are located near the Sarkari Mandli in Kandla. The environment is harsh, with the sun beating down and the wind carrying salt spray from the water. J. I. Salt Supplier is just a functional spot for us to manage our loads. The office is a small building with thick walls to keep the heat out. Inside, the floors always have a thin layer of grit no matter how much we sweep. We spend most of our time coordinating with drivers and checking the quality of the product. It is a loud place, with the constant sound of heavy machinery and horns from the docks. We drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade as much as possible. There is no point in wearing nice clothes here because everything ends up covered in dust. We have been at this for a long time, so we know the rhythms of the Mandli perfectly. The work is repetitive, but it is what we know how to do. We do not have any big corporate goals or fancy plans. We just make sure the salt gets where it is supposed to go on time. Kandla is a tough place to work, but there is a certain honesty to it. When the sun goes down, the air cools off a bit and we can finally breathe easy. It is a hard day of work.
