Agarwal Roadlines Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No. 356 in Ward 12-B, right on Tagore Road. Most folks just know it as Agarwal’S House in Gokul Park. We’ve been handling transport and roadlines for a long time now. The office is always buzzing with the sound of phones ringing and drivers checking in. It’s not the most organized-looking place, with maps pinned to the walls and stacks of delivery slips everywhere, but we know where everything is. Running trucks across the roads involves a lot of waiting and a lot of sudden problems. A tire goes flat or a road is closed, and we have to figure it out on the fly. We keep our P.O. Box 49 busy with all the billing. It’s a family-run feel here, even if we’ve grown over the years. We drink our coffee black and stay late when a shipment is delayed. You won’t find any shiny lobbies or fancy receptionists here. You’ll just find people who know how to get a load from one side of the country to the other. We talk to the drivers like they're our own brothers because, in a way, they are. It’s a tough business, but there’s a certain satisfaction when a truck pulls in safely after a long haul. We just keep our heads down and keep the wheels moving.
