Yash Shipping Services

Our office is room 111 in the Trade Centre, which is on Plot 46 in Sector 8. It’s a standard office building, nothing too flashy, but it’s a good base for what we do at Yash Shipping Services. Shipping is a lot of logistics and timing, so we spend most of our day on the phone or checking schedules. Being in Sector 8 puts us near a lot of other businesses, which makes things convenient. The office has a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a map on the wall that we use more than we probably should. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We deal with cargo and making sure things get from one place to another without getting stuck somewhere along the way. There is always a lot of paperwork to fill out, and sometimes the rules change, so we have to stay on top of that. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team trying to keep things moving smoothly. Sometimes shipments get delayed because of weather or port issues, and those are the days when things get stressful. But mostly, it’s just the regular grind of coordinating trucks and vessels. We like the work because it keeps us busy and no two days are exactly the same. We just do our bit to keep the wheels of trade turning from our little corner of the Trade Centre.
