You can find us on the ground floor of the Trade Centre in Gandhidham, right there at Plot 46 in Sector-8. It is a small office, number 15, but we get a lot done in that little space. Being here in Kachchh, everything revolves around the port and the constant moving of goods. We deal with the paperwork and the logistics side of things mostly. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making sure the numbers in the ledgers match up with what’s on the trucks. Sometimes it gets stressful when a shipment is delayed at the docks, but we’ve learned to stay calm over the years. The office is usually cluttered with files, logbooks, and half-empty tea cups. We aren’t really into the modern open-plan office style that people talk about. We like our own space. We started Gsk Logistrans because we saw a need for someone to just talk straight to the customers. No one likes waiting around for hours for answers. We try to be the people who give the answers quickly even if it's not what the person wants to hear. Most of us grew up around this area so we know the local routes and the shortcuts well. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the cargo gets where it needs to go on time. We have a couple of old computers that sometimes act up, but we manage to get the work done regardless of the small glitches.
