We are located at Office No. 220 on the second floor of the Gokul Park Building here in Gandhidham. It’s a busy spot in Kachchh, especially with all the shipping work going on around the port area. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on where containers are. My desk is usually covered in paperwork because things move fast in this business. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow so I just take the stairs to the second floor instead. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We've been operating Rainbow Shipping Services from this same spot for a while now. Dealing with cargo and ships means there is always something to do, even on Saturdays. People come by the office to drop off documents or just to chat about the latest transport rates. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we get the work done. You can see the street from the window, and there is always a lot of traffic with trucks passing through Gandhidham. We try to keep things simple here and just focus on making sure the goods get where they need to go without too much trouble. It is a lot of coordination between the drivers and the port authorities. Sometimes things get delayed, but that’s just how it is in shipping. We stay until the work is finished, usually late into the evening.
