Subhash Dhosa

Subhash Dhosa is located at 29-Deep Mandir Apartment in Vanzari Chowk, Junagadh. We are right near Sagar Fast food, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. If you know the chowk, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We specialize in making dhosas, and we’ve been doing it at this location for years. The apartment building isn't new, but it’s where we’ve set up our little shop. It’s a small place, mostly just enough room for the tawa and a few tables for people to sit at. In the evenings, it gets quite crowded with locals looking for a quick dinner. We stay pretty busy flipping dhosas and making sure the sambar is ready. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long when there's a rush, but our customers are usually patient. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a complicated menu. It’s just simple, straightforward food that people in Junagadh seem to like. My family helps me out with the orders and the cleaning. We buy our ingredients from the local market every day to keep things moving. It’s a lot of heat and steam from the stove, especially in the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't trying to do anything groundbreaking. We just want to serve a decent meal to whoever stops by Vanzari Chowk. That’s pretty much our life here at the shop.
