Shakti Computer Services is located right here in Shop No 4 on the first floor of the Akar Complex. You will find us on St Road, specifically positioned just below the Kaveri Hotel. Being near a hotel means there is always a lot of activity outside. We spend most of our time at the back of the shop working on different towers and laptops that people bring in. It is not a very big space, but we have enough room for our workbenches and all the spare cables we keep around. The first floor can be a bit warm in the summer, but we keep the fans going. Most folks around here know the Akar Complex since it is a familiar landmark on this stretch of St Road. We have been in this spot for a bit now, dealing with all sorts of hardware issues. It is just basic work, really. We look at what is broken and try to fix it. Sometimes it is just a dusty fan or a loose wire inside the casing. We do not have fancy displays or anything like that. Just some shelves for the machines waiting to be picked up. If you are walking down St Road, you just need to head up the stairs past the hotel entrance. We try to keep things simple here and just focus on the machines on our desks. It is a local place for local people who need their computers looked at.
