Yash Associates

We are located over at Pal Road, specifically 22-5-41, right near Ashok Udhyan. It’s a nice enough spot, and having the greenery nearby is a bit of a relief from the usual heat of the day. Yash Associates is basically just us working through the daily pile of property listings. We handle a lot of different things, from land plots to small houses around this part of town. It’s not always easy work because people are very particular about what they want, but we do our best to keep track of it all. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks and a lot of paper. I usually have to move some files off the extra chair so someone can sit down when they visit. We don't spend much on decorating because we'd rather be out looking at the properties ourselves. Usually, one of us is out on a bike checking a site while the other stays back to answer the door. It’s been like this for years now. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners on Pal Road pretty well. If you’re looking for something around Ashok Udhyan, we probably know about it before it even gets a sign put up. We don't make big promises, we just tell you what we know about the prices and the owners. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it keeps us busy.
