Visvajna Craft & Creation Private Limited

Our little business, Visvajna Craft & Creation Private Limited, is based out of Plot No. 5 in Bharat Vihar. It’s near the Pal area of Jodhpur, not too far from the City Choraha. It’s a nice enough spot, though the roads can get a bit congested during the rush hour. We spend our days working on various crafts. It is mostly a lot of hand-done work, so things don't happen very fast around here. We have a small group of people who are good with their hands, and they sit and work on the designs day in and day out. Our office is a bit of a mix between a workshop and a storage room. You’ll see piles of materials in one corner and finished pieces in another. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up. We like the fact that we are in Jodhpur because there is so much inspiration for craft here. Sometimes we take a walk down to the choraha just to get some fresh air and a snack. The building we are in is quite simple, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. We just focus on the creations we are making. It’s a lot of trial and error with new designs. We don't always get it right the first time, but we keep at it until it looks decent. It’s a quiet life, mostly, just focusing on the work and making sure our small space stays organized enough to function.
