We are over in the Basni 2nd Phase area. If you know where E-421 is, then you’ve found us. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s mostly trucks and the sound of machines all day long. We have been part of the Suncity Group for a while, and this spot in Mia is where we do the bulk of our heavy lifting. The walls are a bit scuffed and the floor is concrete, but it’s an industrial site, so you can’t expect it to look like a showroom. We deal with various production tasks. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know the routine pretty well. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We’re usually in boots and work gear. The heat in the summer gets pretty intense inside the units, but we keep the fans going. It’s a lot of coordination to get the materials in and the finished stuff out on time. Sometimes there are delays with the suppliers, and we just have to wait it out or find another way. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. If someone needs to talk to us, they usually just call the main line or drop by the gate. We just focus on the industry side of things and try to keep everything moving smoothly without any unnecessary drama or complicated talk.
