We’ve been over here on Road No. 6 in the Bani 2nd Phase for a good while now. It’s an active spot, always something moving in or out. Star Export isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working through the piles of paperwork and making sure the crates get loaded correctly. Most days start pretty early because the trucks come in when the air is still a bit cool. You get used to the noise of the machinery and the smell of the packing tape after a few years. People around here know where we are because we’re tucked right in the middle of the block. We handle a lot of different things to send out, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but we manage. It’s a lot of physical work, checking labels and making sure the counts are right before anything leaves the gate. There’s no big secret to what we do, it’s just staying on top of the orders and making sure the local drivers know where they’re going. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. It's more about the hands-on part of the job. Usually, by the afternoon, the yard is full of activity and we’re just trying to keep things organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's a living, and we've been doing it this way for a long time now.
