Shubh Laxmi Transport Agency

We are over here at Basni Transport Nagar in the 2nd Phase, unit 67. If you know this part of town, you know it gets pretty busy with all the trucks coming and going. Shubh Laxmi Transport Agency isn't a huge fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we handle the transport stuff every day. Some days it is quiet and other days the phone won't stop ringing because someone's load is running late or a driver has a flat tire. That is just how the transport life goes. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure the paperwork is mostly right so things don't get stuck. Being in Basni means we see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s a dusty place but it’s where the work happens. We have been sitting in this same spot for a while now. People come in to ask about rates or just to have a cup of tea while they wait for a delivery. It isn't a complicated business, just moving things from one place to another without too much trouble. We don't have a big marketing team, just a few of us here trying to keep the trucks moving and the schedules sorted out. It can be stressful when the traffic is bad or the weather acts up, but we just deal with it as it comes. That is about it for us.
