We are located in Bapini, right behind the Olympic Complex at F 670. Delhi Rajasthan Transport Company Ltd has been a fixture in this spot for years. Being behind the complex means we get a bit of that activity leaking over, but mostly we just focus on our own yard and office. The space at F 670 is where everything happens. We have desks piled with papers and a few chairs for visitors who want to sit for a minute. It’s not a fancy setup, just some sturdy walls and a roof that keeps the sun off. We deal with routes heading out towards Rajasthan mostly. It’s a lot of coordination with drivers and making sure the trucks are ready for the long hauls. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing for hours, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic from the main road. We don't spend money on big ads or polished brochures. Most people find us because they’ve worked with us before or heard about us from a friend. We take the work as it comes and try to be fair about things. It’s a bit dusty, and the tea is usually too sweet, but it’s a good place to work. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time, keeping the wheels turning. There is always someone here to check the logs and see that things are done right. No shortcuts, just the work.
