Running Shri Balaji Milk Dairy Private Limited keeps everyone here pretty busy from early in the morning until late at night. Our office is located at 739 Akissan Colony and most people in the neighborhood know where we are by now. Dealing with milk and dairy stuff means you don’t really get many days off because the cows don’t stop and neither does the work. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and checking on the deliveries that come in. It can get quite loud and hectic around the colony when the trucks are moving but we are used to the noise. We started this because we knew there was a need for a steady supply around here. It isn’t always easy balancing the books and making sure everything is running on time but we manage. Some of us have been working together for a long time so we have a good rhythm going even on the days when things go wrong. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can sit down and handle the daily tasks. We mostly just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. Life in Akissan Colony is usually quiet except for the business hours. We just try to do our part and keep the business moving along without too much fuss. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy.
