Safe Packaged Drinking Water

We are located on Chopasni Road, right near Siddhnath Road and just across from Nirali Dhani. The business is Safe Packaged Drinking Water, and it’s a fairly busy operation. We spend most of our hours around the filling machines and the loading dock. It’s a wet environment, which is actually kind of nice when the weather gets really hot outside. There’s a constant hum of the machinery in the background, so we have to talk a bit louder to hear each other. We load the plastic crates onto the trucks every morning, and that’s probably the hardest part of the day. Our clothes usually stay damp from the splashing water. We don't have a fancy office; it’s just a small desk near the door where we keep the delivery logs. The trucks come and go all day long, heading out to different parts of the city. We know the drivers well, and we usually have a quick chat while they wait for their loads. The road outside is always full of dust from the traffic, so we’re constantly wiping down the bottles before they go out. We don’t do any big marketing. The name is on the side of the truck and that seems to be enough for most people. It’s just a lot of lifting and keeping things moving. We go home tired but it’s a good kind of tired. There is always more water to bottle tomorrow.
