Cafe Bursto

Our place, Cafe Bursto, is located over at Dream Heights in the Cyber Park heavy Industrial Area. It’s plot number CYB 5, right in Shastri Nagar near the Jodhpur Saras Dairy. Being in an industrial area like this in Jodhpur means we see a lot of people who are just looking for a break during their shift. The 342003 area can get pretty dusty and hot, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and making sure the fans are working right. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local spot where we try to keep things simple. Every morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure the fridge is cold enough for the dairy products we get from nearby. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We haul boxes, scrub the floors, and try to keep the menu updated on the chalkboard. The noise from the industrial park is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a while. We have a few regulars from the dairy and the surrounding offices who come in at the same time every single day. We don't do anything fancy with the decor, it’s mostly just functional stuff we’ve picked up over time. It is just a place to sit for a bit before heading back to work. We just try to stay organized and keep the kitchen running smoothly. The heat in Jodhpur is no joke, so we mostly focus on keeping things cool inside.
