Over at 108 East Patel Nagar, that’s where we keep Ransae Exim Pvt. Ltd. running. We are right there on Circuit House Road, which is a busy stretch in Rathanada. Our space isn't very large, but it’s plenty for the work we do every day. We handle a lot of logistics and paperwork, so there is always a lot of activity going on. We aren't the type of people who like big fancy offices with glass walls. We prefer this place because it's practical. The floors are a bit worn down from all the walking back and forth, but it feels like home to us. Working in Rathanada means we are close to everything we need. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how things work. We don't really have a boss who sits in a separate room; we all just sit together and get through the tasks. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We keep our coffee machine running all day long. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when several shipments arrive at once, but we always find a way to manage. It’s just a normal, everyday business. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just work hard and stay in our spot. The neighborhood is loud but we like being where the action is. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the logs, but that's fine.
