Out here on Mathaniya Road, specifically at Plot No. 16 in the Spices Park, life moves at a different pace. Vijay Agro And Food Produtcs is located in Village-rampura Bhatiyan. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but being in the Spices Park makes sense for what we do. The air around here usually smells like cumin or chili, depending on what is being processed that day. It is a dusty area, and you can see the trucks lined up along the road for miles sometimes. Our building is a practical structure meant for work, not for showing off. We spend the hours drying, sorting, and packing. It is a lot of manual labor, and we have a local crew from Tinwari and nearby spots who help us out. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just focus on the spices and foods that pass through our hands. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves. It is hot and the sun is relentless, but that's the nature of working in this part of Rajasthan. We keep our records in simple notebooks and mostly deal with people we have known for years. It’s a honest way to work, even if it’s tiring. We just make sure the sacks are filled and ready for transport. The day starts early and ends when the last truck leaves the gate.
