Priti International Limited

Priti International Limited is based at Plot No. F-43 in the Basni 1st Phase of Jodhpur. This is an industrial area, so it’s all about business and manufacturing. There are no parks or quiet spots nearby; just the sound of machinery and the smell of grease and sawdust from the other units. We make a lot of different things here, mostly stuff that gets sent far away to other countries. The workshop is a busy place. We’ve got people working on different sections, some welding, some finishing wood, and others packing things up. It’s not a clean environment. There’s always scrap metal or wood shavings on the floor, no matter how much we sweep up during the day. We don't have a fancy corporate structure or many managers. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. If an order is late, we just work late until it's done. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't spend much time on computers unless we absolutely have to. Most of our day is spent on the floor, making sure the products look right before they go out. The Jodhpur sun makes the tin roof quite hot in the middle of the day, so the fans are always going full blast to keep us cool. It’s a noisy, busy, and productive place. We’ve been in Basni for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the area grow.
