Poojainter Exports Private Limited is situated over on Pal Link Road in Jodhpur. We share the space with Teej Kanwar’s setup, which is the main landmark if you are looking for us. Jodhpur is a pretty dry place, and the wind often blows a lot of sand around the yard. Our main thing is getting goods ready for export. It sounds more exciting than it actually is when you are doing it every day. Most of the day is just checking lists, wrapping items in plastic, and making sure the crates are sturdy enough for a long trip across the sea. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see a lot of tape and cardboard boxes piled up in the corners. The traffic on Pal Link Road can be a bit much in the evenings, so we try to get the big trucks loaded and moved out before the rush starts. It’s just a handful of us working here. We don't use big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just drink our chai, look at the schedule, and start packing. Sometimes there are delays at the port or with the paperwork, and those days are a bit stressful, but usually, it’s just a steady rhythm. The sun hits the front of the building hard in the afternoon, so we move most of the work to the back where it stays cooler.
