You can find us at H-361 in the Mini Growth Center within the Sangariya Industrial Area. Being in Jodhpur, we are used to the dry heat and the busy pace of the industrial zone. We focus on exports, which means our day is filled with checking quality and packing things up for long journeys. The shed we work out of is quite large, but it fills up fast when a new shipment arrives. There are always trucks coming and going in Sangariya, and the noise of engines is just background music to us now. We have a small corner for the office where we keep the computer and the files. It’s a bit messy with samples and old newspapers, but we know where everything is. The guys on the floor work hard, and we take breaks for tea twice a day. It’s important to stay hydrated here. We don't use any fancy management software, just a lot of lists on paper and a few whiteboards. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we have to wait to send our emails. We just do our best to get the containers filled and sent off on time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do and we’ve been doing it at this spot for quite a while. We usually lock up the gates around seven when the sun finally starts to cool off.
