Maruti Bricks Udyog

We've been here at Maruti Bricks Udyog for a while now. You can find us right on Main Banar Road. It’s pretty easy to spot because we are right near Shri Raam Hospital. People usually use the old Chunkinaka as a landmark when they come looking for us. Most days start early here. We spend a lot of time moving things around the yard. It gets dusty, but that's just how it is with bricks. We just get on with the work. The traffic on the main road keeps things busy. Sometimes it's noisy, but we are used to it. We just stack the bricks and wait for the trucks. It’s a simple setup. Nothing fancy. My brother and I usually handle the orders ourselves. We don't have a big office or anything, just a small desk and some chairs under the shade. If you stop by, you'll see the piles of red bricks everywhere. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the stacks get a bit messy when we're busy loading. It's hard work, especially when the sun is out. We just keep going until the day is done. People from the neighborhood know us. We've seen the hospital area change over the years. The old Chunkinaka isn't what it used to be, but we're still here. Just doing our thing, one day at a time. It's a living, and it keeps us out of trouble. There is always someone here if you need to talk about a load.
