Ideal Coating Industries

We are located out in Boranada, not far from the Barmer Road. It is an industrial area, so there is always a lot of dust and trucks moving around. Ideal Coating Industries is where we spend most of our daylight hours. We work on different types of coatings for various materials. It’s not the cleanest job in the world. Our clothes usually have a few spots on them by the end of the shift. The heat in this part of the country can get pretty intense, especially inside the factory area. We have big fans going, but it’s still hard work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just take the orders that come in and make sure the coating is done right so it lasts. Being near Barmer Road makes it easy for the transport trucks to find us, which is a big help. Most of the guys working here are from the local villages or nearby towns. We eat lunch together and talk about whatever is going on. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything. If you come by, you’ll likely find us on the floor working. That’s just how it is. We like it when the stuff we coat doesn't rust or wear out fast. It’s simple, industrial work that keeps the world moving. We've been doing this for quite a few years now and know the process inside out. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big batch, but that's how it goes.
