Girdhar Milk Foods Private Limited is located about 5 km down Stonebapoli Road in V.P.O Jalpard. You will find us care of Rakesh Kalra. It is a rural spot, surrounded by fields, which makes a lot of sense for a milk business. We have been out here for quite some time now. The air is a bit fresher than in the city, but the roads can get pretty muddy when it rains. We deal with dairy, so our days start very early, usually well before the sun is up. It is a lot of cleaning and making sure the milk stays cold throughout the process. The equipment we use is sturdy, but it needs a lot of looking after to keep it running right. We are not a massive dairy conglomerate. We are just a local company trying to do right by the farmers we work with. Most of the people working here live nearby in Jalpard. It is a community effort, really. We do not have a shiny corporate office. Our main desk is in a small room near the entrance, and it is usually covered in logs and delivery notes. Sometimes the trucks are late because of the traffic on the main road, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are not trying to be fancy or modern. We just want to get the milk processed and sent out. It is simple work.
