Chics & Kabs

Chics & Kabs is located at Shop No 9-10 on MDM Hospital Road. We are right opposite the Medical College, near Sojati Gate. It’s a very busy spot. There are always students, doctors, and people visiting the hospital walking by. Our shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we are at full capacity. We serve a lot of different people every day. It’s not a fancy restaurant with cloth napkins and soft music. It’s more of a practical place where you get your food and go, or sit for a quick bite. The kitchen is right there, and you can hear the sounds of cooking all day long. Being near the hospital means we have to stay on our toes. We don't really do "marketing." The smell of the food usually brings people in. We have a few tables that are a bit wobbly, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we're too busy to worry about that right now. We focus on the food and making sure everyone gets served quickly. It’s a noisy, lively place to work. We like being in the heart of the action near Sojati Gate. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything that happens in this part of town. We just keep the grill going and the orders moving as fast as we can. Every night we clean up and get ready to do it all over again the next day.
