Bajaj Group

Bajaj Group operates out of our office at 44 B J S Colony, over in the Shiv Shakti Colony area. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a big industrial park. We’ve been working from this location for quite a while now. Our day-to-day involves a lot of paperwork and meeting with people from around the neighborhood. We handle various business interests, nothing too complicated, just the usual local trading and management tasks. The office is basically a couple of rooms with some desks and a lot of files. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, but we usually manage with some tea and a bit of patience. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us making sure the business stays on track. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the chairs are a bit old, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We like being in Shiv Shakti Colony because it’s close to home and everyone is friendly. We don't really follow a strict nine-to-five schedule; we stay until the work is done. It's just a local operation trying to keep things moving along steadily year after year. It feels more like a home than a corporate office.
