Anupam Enterprises

You can find Anupam Enterprises over in Pratap Nagar. We are at H 161, which is quite close to Mahalaxmi School. You can usually hear the kids playing at recess from our front door. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s quieter than the city center. We handle various supplies here. It’s a small operation, mostly run out of this one building. The front room is where we keep the desk and a few samples of what we carry. The rest is just storage. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know most of the neighbors. Some of them stop by just to say hello or ask for a tool. We don't mind. It feels more like a community than a business district. Sometimes the deliveries arrive early in the morning and we have to scramble to move things around. It's not always pretty. We have a small sign out front, but it’s a bit faded from the sun. We don’t really do sales pitches. If we have what you need, we tell you the price and that’s it. My wife helps with the accounts in the evenings after she finishes her other work. It keeps us busy. The school traffic can make the street crowded in the afternoon, so we usually plan our errands around those times. It’s just a normal house turned into a workspace, really. We've been here for years and hope to stay for many more.
