Saanich Technologies Llp is based in Jhunjhunu, right in the F-141 Indira Nagar area. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is exactly how we like it. Working in a smaller place like Jhunjhunu is different from being in a big city like Jaipur or Delhi. It’s slower and a lot more relaxed. Our office is basically a converted house, so it feels very lived-in. We have a small team of local people who have been with us for a while. There aren't any high-rise buildings around here, just regular houses and a few shops down the road. We spend our days handling various tech tasks. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and a stable internet connection. We don’t have a big HR department or any of that corporate stuff. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk about it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and we can hear them, but it doesn’t bother us much. We have a small kitchen where we make tea several times a day. We like the fact that we don’t have to deal with heavy traffic or long commutes. Most of us just walk or ride a bike to work. It’s a modest setup and we aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just do our work, look after our local area, and head home to our families when the day is done.
