We started out in Jhansi near Sipri Bazar. It’s a busy part of town with lots of people moving about all day. B 76/1 Nandanpura is where we sit and do our work every day. It is not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place where we write code and handle data. Most of us are local folks from around Deen Dayal Nagar. We spent a lot of time just setting up the desks and getting the internet stable when we first moved in here. It gets quite hot in the summers, so the AC is always running in the background. We mostly just focus on getting through the tasks on our list for the week. Sometimes we go out for tea near the station when things get too quiet in the office. It’s a small team, maybe a bit cramped on some days, but we manage to make it work. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just trying to build some good software for the people who ask us for it. The office has been here for a while now and the neighbors know us. We don't have a big reception desk or anything formal. You just walk in and see everyone at their computers. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just how things are in this part of UP. We’ve grown a little, but the vibe is still the same as day one.
